This privacy policy only applies to the Summertrade S.r.l. Website, not to other websites that visitors may consult through links published on the Summertrade S.r.l. Website. Summertrade S.r.l. does not govern these websites, nor does it have any control over the procedures adopted by them with regard to privacy issues. We therefore advise visitors to consult the privacy regulations of all the companies they come into contact with before disclosing any personal information.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED AND PURPOSE

Surfing data

The IT systems and software procedures that allow this website to function, routinely acquire data whose transferral is implicit in the use of the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to identify users. However, the nature of the data may potentially identify users through its elaboration and association with data held by third parties.

This data category includes: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers that are used by visitors to this website, as well as URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, request times, methods employed to send requests to the server, the size of the files obtained in reply, the code numbers that indicate the state of the answers sent by the server (successful, error etc.) and other parameters of the operative system and of the user’s computer environment.

The personal data we collect is solely used to compile anonymous statistical information on the use of this website, and to check its correct functioning. We do not disclose the data to third parties, nor do we publish it anywhere else.

Cookies

The data that is linked to the services that are offered by this website (which are physically hosted by the Serverplan srl server, situated in Via Tor Cervara 282A, 00155 Rome Rm, Italy, owned by Serverplan srl) is processed at the head offices of the Company that owns the abovementioned servers in the name of, and on behalf of, the Company that controls the data. The data is solely processed by employees, collaborators or appointed partners, and by individuals who may occasionally carry out special maintenance work at the Serverplan srl offices.  
Some of the data linked to the web services that this site offers are then processed directly by the controlling Company, solely by employees, collaborators or partners of the company who are appointed to processing the data.
