Behind the brand there are many people, professionals who carry out their work with dedication and competence… here they are:

The kitchen brigade includes Cristian, Davide, Domenico, Fabio, Luca, Paolo, Samuele, and Vincenzo. They form a perfect orchestra which with creativity, passion, and extensive product knowledge creates special dishes every day.


Chef Cristian Pratelli

A pupil of the Gino Angelini School, he started working with the latter at a very young age in the most prestigious hotels and restaurants of the Riviera (Hotel Ambasciatori, Caffè delle Rose, and Grand Hotel Des Bains). Cristian has been with Gino Angelini on numerous gastronomicexpeditions” around the world (Geneva, ONU in Vienna, Caracas, Stockholm, Helsinki…) and has worked with Master Chef Vissani at the "Festival dei Due Mondi" in Spoleto.

A teacher at many specialised schools ("Casa Artusi", “Mo.Ca", "Palato", "Aula Magna", (time permitting) he works with local hospitality training colleges.

The commercial office comprises Silvia, Alessandra, Debora, Federica, and Giulia … their job is to meet every customer requirement, and to ensure that every event is perfect.
